APPLICATION DETAILS

SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, dirt and dust, loose particles, flaking paint or any other surface contamination.

APPLICATION: As a keying agent for plasters and cementitious products: Apply liberally to the floated off shutter concrete, plaster, wood or vinyl surface. Plaster while the surface is still tacky. Plaster lock is not suitable for keying onto bituminous or oily surfaces. As a bonding liquid in cement based compounds, mortars and adhesives: Mix Plaster lock diluted 3 times with the dry cementitious powder, in place of the water which would normally be used in the mix. As an ad-mixture: Mix 20 parts Plaster lock with 50 parts OPC to give a water resistant tough mortar.
